We are excited to offer our Indivisible members and community friends the chance to build a Visibility Brigade group in Tupelo! We have researched our area and we have an pedestrian overpass bridge (which is maintained by the state), with safety fencing on Madison Street.
There is a sidewalk on both sides of the street which, according to the ACLU, is public property. Our actions are protected by the First Amendment.
